Mr. Roger Griggs has founded numerous pharmaceutical companies, including Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals Inc., PediaMed Pharmaceuticals Inc., Integrity Pharmaceutical Corporation, and Drug Enhancement Company of America LLC. Mr. Griggs currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Medella Springs Healthcare. Mr. Griggs also founded Richwood Pharmaceuticals Inc. in 1990 and served as president and the chief executive officer of that company until 1997, when it was acquired by Shire Pharmaceuticals Group PLC to form Shire Richwood Inc. Mr. Griggs holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from Indiana University and an M.S. from Indiana University at South Bend.

Caleb Griggs is an accomplished healthcare sales executive, skilled in developing and implementing multiple national sales and marketing initiatives. Caleb has targeted, nurtured and closed key accounts while directing senior sales teams to promote pharmaceutical, medical device and nutraceutical products into diverse sales channels including the U.S. Military, Police, Fire, EMS, pharmacies and Schools. Caleb has developed, beta tested and nationally launched multiple product training platforms for pharmacists, physicians and staff that multiplied front end pharmacy sales twelve times above the industry average.
